• OpenRouter LLMs, pg-boss background jobs, SSE/polling, credit metering with advisory locks
• Human-in-the-loop questionnaires / story approval / doc ingest before board apply
• Apply path writes epics/tasks/dependencies with cycle detection

• Automatic time logging when tasks enter/leave In Progress
• Docker Compose, NGINX, and GitHub Actions deploy-on-dev workflow
• RBAC-aware dashboard/sidebar UX and UI fixes on the Next.js tenant app
