My focus: Google Calendar two-way sync

• Pull Google events into the site calendar (initial + syncToken incremental sync, webhook watch channels)
• Push Neo bookings/events back to Google (create / update / delete mirroring)
• OAuth connect, AES-GCM encrypted tokens at rest, cron channel renewal, failure hardening

Context

Team codebase (NestJS + three Next.js portals, Brevo email, multi-provider uploads, RBAC). Lead with calendar sync; supporting work spanned enquire UX and portal polish. Not a solo product.
