• Async ingest: place identity returns immediately; reviews scrape/embed/upsert in background workers
• Better Auth email/password; chat threads scoped to the signed-in user
• Upsert reviews by Google review id with embedding float arrays

Honest scope

Assistant replies are still a placeholder — embeddings are stored but RAG retrieval / LLM answers are not wired. Private repo; local demo only. Strong as scrape + pipeline + monorepo evidence, not as a finished RAG product.
